KrosFlo® KTF System

Uniquely combining simplicity and configurability, Repligen KrosFlo® KTF Systems
perform hollow fiber TFF to support multiple scales, unit operations, and solutions.

Flexible across multiple parameters

KrosFlo® KTF Systems are configurable across multiple parameters, such as volume, application, and filter type. Multiple pumps of different sizes augment volume capability. Multiple pump types at different positions expand application and filter type support.

Volume Flexibility

  • Line 1 supports up to 2500L (KrosFlo® Max X06 Filter)

KrosFlo® KTF System

KrosFlo KTF Systems include filters, ProConnex® Flow Path, pumps,
process monitors, software and graphic display on a single skid,
with a small footprint.

Integrated to support multiple scales and applications

The fully integrated KrosFlo® KTF Systems consist of hardware, software and flow path components. Key hardware components include a digital peristaltic pump, auxiliary pumps and an automatic back pressure valve. Different combinations  support multiple scales, unit operations and applications to maximize resource utilization.

1. CONFIGURABLE ProConnex® FLOW PATH

Enhanced through an engineering design process, ProConnex® Flow Paths are customized, configurable and complete assemblies for tangential flow filtration. Designed for use with hollow fiber and/or flat sheet TFF systems, the assemblies are sterile, fit for upstream or downstream processing and manufactured in compliance with ISO guidelines in an ISO 7 clean room.
